My learning styles.

I am Tom because I ski

My learning style is kind of weird but I like it and it works out for me I find it best when it's a bit loud it helps me focus.I like lying on the floor a bit because it's more comfy than sitting in a chair and that's a good thing.I’m not a big fan of having work that's not finished because I tend to forget about it and then it's annoying because my tote tray is stuffed.I love using the computers because typing is so much easier than writing with a pen.I don't like working alone it's more fun with other people.Writing an assigned story isn't my favourite either I prefer to make up my own story because it gets more interesting and fun.I also having the lights off and eating while i'm working because I like it gloomy and not bright and having some food while I work will mean I won't starve which is a good thing.

These are pretty much my prefered learning styles but i will still do all that teachers put in front of me.

Visual Mihi.

Well for starters I'm in the middle.

The red barriers that separate each section are actually the Union Jack because it's where I come from.The first box has the four stars in the New Zealand flag because it's also where i'm from and where I live.The second box is a koru pattern of my immediate family.My Dad’s in blue,Mum’s pink,George is green and I am yellow.There's a frog because we have pet frogs,my dogs are there also. The one that’s drooling is Buddy because when I tell her to wait when she gets her food she's always drooling all over everything.The one with the scruffy coat is Beau. I couldn't really think of anything for him to be doing so I gave him a scruffy coat like he has in real life and the penguin is there because Penguins are amazing.The next two boxes are [most] of my hobbies,reading because I love it,then hockey because it's my passion and my favourite school sport by a long shot.In pink is skiing because it's my second favourite thing to do.Mountain dew because it's amazing and it's my hobby to drink it, lastly swimming I put it in because I do it every week and sometimes weekend and I'm really good at it.The next box is about things I like. First in blue are dogs,in green cats,in brown video games,in orange chicken fried rice and asian foods,in red penguins,in bluey greeny are whales.The next two boxes are places of significance. Firstly we have the hockey turf,which is where I score goals and skillz peeps,then Mount Ruapehu-Whakapapa side. It has buildings because its more popular than the next picture which is the Turoa and lastly we have the ocean.Then we have my future picture and it's me on top of my ten story skyscraper throwing all my moo-la all around screaming “it's good to be a trillionaire.’’The last thing is the border which is made of puzzle pieces which means all of the things in my visual mihi represent me and that,”I AM COMPLICATED!!”

8 There’s around 4600 species of cockroach!

9 A cockroach can go quite fast with no legs even 3 it's still quite fast!

10The native Black Cockroach apparently STINK!.
